We believe transportation is more than movement; it’s the foundation of connected, thriving communities. As part of HDR’s Transportation Business Group, you’ll help shape systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Our teams design resilient infrastructure across highways, bridges, transit, rail, aviation, ports, and marine projects, bringing together planners, engineers, architects, environmental scientists, economists, and other specialists to solve mobility challenges with innovation and technical excellence. This is a chance to lead progress, make a meaningful impact, and shape the future of mobility. HDR is employee-owned, which forms the basis of our collaborative culture.

You will conduct schematic design development and contract document work sessions with Project Managers, technical professionals, and other disciplines. You will coordinate staffing and workload management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure documents are completed on schedule, and you will collaborate with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, or Department Manager for project reviews.
