Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Structures Practice Leader to establish and grow a Structural practice within the Transportation Discipline. You will work with regional leadership to identify market opportunities, manage projects, and lead teams to deliver bridge and structure design.

Responsibilities include strategic growth, project leadership, client relations, and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence across multiple design-build initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) with a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience.
• Progressive project management and organizational leadership experience.
• Proven leadership to build and lead teams of practitioners and project managers.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to PMs/Sr. PMs and staff within the practice.
• Drive business development by pursuing and winning new Transportation Design projects.
• Lead identification of new opportunities and coordinate proposals and client presentations.
• Ensure quality management, budget, and cash flow across projects in the practice.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to market and cross-sell services.
