Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a PM/Estimator role in heavy highway or concrete bridge construction.

• Review drawings, specifications, and visit job sites to determine scope of work.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and prepare complete cost estimates.
• Submit timely and competitive bids to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate project execution with superintendents and field leadership.
