Job summary

Game 7 Staffing seeks a Structures Engineer (Stress Analyst) to support aerospace programs in Costa Mesa, CA. You will perform finite element analysis and strength evaluations on metallic and composite structures for aircraft and missile programs.

Title: Structures Engineer (Stress Analyst)

• Headcount: 3–5


• Contract: Long-term connection desired with potential conversion; Start: ASAP (2026-09-11)


• Interview Process: Resume review by hiring manager followed by a single 30-minute technical interview with the hiring manager and stress manager


• Feedback SLA: Weekly review cadence
