Qualifications

• Experience caregiving for school-age children with consistency, structure, and patience.
• Experience or familiarity with RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) or behavioral support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and create routines.
• Comfort working with neurodivergent children and ADHD needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for school-age children.
• Maintain consistent daily routines and transitions before/after school.
• Support homework and school-related routines as needed.
• Prepare or assist with simple meals and snacks.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
• Provide transportation to activities or appointments if required.
