About the Role

The Structured Finance (Securitization) Product Specialist is responsible for managing transactions from origination through execution. Key responsibilities include structuring, pricing, and managing transactions; acting as an advisor to clients; engaging in legal documentation negotiations; leading internal approval processes; supporting business development; coordinating stakeholders; ensuring compliance with bank policies; providing market intelligence; and performing risk management duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of structured finance (securitization) experience, particularly with trade receivables, equipment, or consumer loans.
• Experience with receivables monetization structures and legal documentation.
• Understanding of US and EU banking regulations and risk evaluation techniques.
• Financial analysis skills, including financial statement analysis and modeling.
• Ability to explain IFRS and US-GAAP accounting standards.
• Strong business origination, presentation, and organizational skills.
