You will represent trustees and collateral agents, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and provide legal guidance across complex financing deals. A JD and bar admission in the relevant state are required, with 1–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of structured finance experience
• Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Responsibilities
