Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeking a Corporate Trust Finance Associate for a Providence, RI-based Finance & Banking Practice Group, focusing on structured finance transactions.

The successful candidate should have 1–5 years of structured finance experience, be licensed in good standing, and hold a JD. You will draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents while representing trustees or collateral agents in complex deals.

Qualifications

• One to five years of structured finance experience.
• Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
