Qualifications
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
- Active Bar admission in New York state.
- 3+ years of securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with CLOs.
- Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, focusing on CLOs.
- Represent asset managers, investors, and underwriters in structuring and executing complex financial transactions.
- Collaborate with a global team to provide cutting-edge legal services in structured finance and capital markets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while advising on innovative financing solutions.
