Barclays seeks an experienced Structured Derivative Sales AVP in New York to price complex structured products for Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor clients. You will manage deal prospectuses with the legal team and ensure smooth issuance with back-office partners.

To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives. Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements. Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests. Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations. Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates. Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions.

As a Structured Derivative Sales AVP at Barclays where you'll play a crucial role in pricing structured products for Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor clients. You will also be responsible for managing all the operational tasks that come along with that, such as working with the legal team to draft the deal prospectuses and working with back office teams to ensure a seamless issuance process. In addition, you will provide data to multiple third party platforms that help advisors learn about structured products.
To be successful as a Structured Derivative Sales AVP, you should have: A deep understanding of derivative products, including options, swaps, and other structured products.
