Job summary

Next Level Technician is seeking a Low Voltage Technician in Aspers, PA. This 8-week contract offers weekly pay and benefits as you work on structured cabling projects across PA and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include managing CAT6/CAT6A cabling, fiber testing, and installing racks and patch panels. Travel to job sites within the region may be required; safety gear and basic hand tools are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred.
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Texas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT6/CAT6A cable
• Pull, terminate, and test fiber optic cabling
• Fusion splicing experience is a PLUS
• Test installed cable (Fluke or similar testers)
• Punch down voice and data jacks
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret blueprints/system layouts
