Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Cabling Technician to install, route, pull, and secure low-voltage cabling in Gluckstadt, MS. You will terminate, test, and troubleshoot copper, fiber, and coaxial cabling, and work with patch panels and related infrastructure.

The role requires reading blueprints and installation drawings, following diagrams, and maintaining accurate documentation of test results and closeout details. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage and structured cabling systems.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams, labels, and installation instructions.
• Ability to work in customer environments, construction sites, ceilings, equipment rooms, and other field conditions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, pull, dress, and secure low-voltage cabling per project requirements and standards.
• Terminate cabling and related components such as patch panels, jacks, and fiber enclosures.
• Test installed cabling systems and verify performance and installation quality.
• Label cables, patch panels, ports, and related infrastructure per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites and document results.
