Job summary

Andersen Lab in the United States is seeking a Low Voltage Technician for on-site work supporting hyperscale data centers with structured cabling. The role focuses on pre-cabling tasks such as labeling, pulling, routing, and post-cabling fiber and copper connections to production environments.

You will patch and dress fiber and copper cabling to customer standards, assist with server rack connectivity, and follow strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with structured cabling infrastructure (copper and fiber).
• Experience with cable pulling, labeling, patching, and cable management.
• Practical onsite installation experience in data center, telecom, low-voltage, construction, or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage infrastructure and network cabling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate, organized installation work.
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site activities within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.
• Execute pre-cabling tasks including cable labeling, pulling, routing, and patching copper cables.
• Perform post-cabling activities including fiber and copper connections and drop & connect operations to production environments.
• Patch and dress fiber and copper cabling according to customer standards and project requirements.
• Support server rack connectivity and structured cabling deployment.
• Follow customer procedures, health & safety requirements, and security policies.
• Maintain high-quality installation standards and attention to detail.
• Support additional deployment and cabling activities as required by project needs.
