Job summary

LINX in Salt Lake City seeks a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects, owning budgets, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction. You will manage a layered team of superintendents, foremen, leads, and technicians while serving as the primary client contact.

You will drive P&L, coordinate with procurement, and partner with IT directors, facilities managers, and contractors across healthcare, education, and corporate environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction/MEP or related field.
• Experience interacting with IT directors, facilities managers, and contractors.
• Proven full P&L ownership on project budgets.
• Experience managing blue-collar field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own full budget responsibility across a portfolio of concurrent commercial projects.
• Maintain P&L accountability, track labor, materials, and margins.
• Manage change orders from identification through documentation.
• Coordinate procurement with LINX team to ensure timely readiness.
• Monitor project financials and flag risks to leadership.
• Lead a layered field team and handle workforce planning.
• Lead kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Track milestones, adjust crew deployment, and manage subcontractors.
• Oversee project closeout, client training, punch lists, and reviews.
• Serve as primary LINX contact for clients and manage relationships.
