Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction operations experience, including exposure to materials management and project operations.
• 3+ years of construction operations experience, including exposure to materials management and project operations.

Responsibilities

• Create project estimates for small to medium projects.
• Solicit trade partners and obtain bid estimates.
• Help prepare Request for Proposal documents and schedules.
