Job summary

WORS INC in White Oak, TX, is seeking a welder to build, re-build, and repair products. The team will test repairs, and work conditions involve outdoor weather and noise exposure.

Job description

Welder will build, re-build and repair products. The techs will test the repairs. Working conditions is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions with noise level in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Layout to specification
• Weld, grind, cut to specification.
• Tape and paint products
• Uses a hand-held grinder to clean welds on products and parts.
• Uses a torch to cut or a plasma cutter.
• Uses a crane to move items.
• Will maintain a clean work area.
• Will drive a forklift as needed.
• Will often use the Vat to clean products.

Requirements

• Must have excellent oral communication skills.
• Tig welding is a plus.
• Must be able to wire weld.
• Silver solder is a plus.
• Knowledge of products a plus.
• Experience using a cutting torch.
• Experience using a plasma cutter.
• Experience driving a forklift.
