ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Structure Technician to assist in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, or mold. You will do framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, and general carpentry while reading basic plans and measuring materials.

You will work with project managers to meet schedules and quality standards, use hand and power tools safely, and follow building codes.

Formación

• Prior construction experience is required.
• Ability to read basic plans and understand scope.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and safety practices.

Job Description

A Structure Technician is responsible for assisting in the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. This role includes framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, assisting with punch work, and general carpentry. Technicians are responsible for reading basic plans and understanding scope, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring all work meets building codes and quality standards. They collaborate with project managers to complete projects on schedule and within scope. The position requires strong construction skills, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a solid understanding of job site safety practices. Prior construction experience is required.
