Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc., a MasTec company, is hiring for a Structure Superintendent for the Tempe, AZ area. The Structure Superintendent will plan, direct, and manage all field operations for bridge, retaining wall, box culvert, drainage structure and structural concrete construction projects, providing leadership to field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience in field operations management preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel and work on multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and manage field operations for bridge, wall, culvert, drainage, and structural concrete work.
Lead field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specs and schedule.
Provide training on safety procedures and company standards.
Oversee plant/site equipment usage and maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA safety policies and environmental regulations.
Monitor production quality to meet DOT and company standards.
Communicate production status, delays, and operational challenges to project management.
