You will drive safety, manage schedules, coordinate with project management, and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The position emphasizes mentoring craft workers, training staff, and maintaining daily/weekly reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Must be willing to travel (travel required)

Responsibilities

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor field engineers.
