Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans; no relocation benefit.
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Fayetteville, NC; active-duty military exempt from geographic limitation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies and standard/near standard fixed assemblies in motor control centers and related units.
• Assemble and wire control panels, space heaters, and related components; verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
• Read orders/prints, determine procedures, select materials, and stage parts for customer orders.
• Make adjustments for proper alignment and clearances; install and wire bus work and harnesses.
• Prepare for test, perform checks, and assist in final inspection.
