Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I (Structure Line) for the B shift in Fayetteville, NC. The role involves assembling, wiring, and testing sub-assemblies and control panels, with a 4 PM–2:30 AM schedule and a base hourly rate plus premium.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and mount sub-assemblies and standard assemblies for motor control centers and related equipment.
• Assemble and wire units, control panels, and related components; prepare for test and final inspection.
• Read and follow shop orders, prints and wiring diagrams; determine parts and materials.
• Install bus work, harnesses, and power/control cables; ensure proper alignment and clearances.
• Make adjustments to ensure correct fit and electrical/mechanical integrity.
