This position is ideal for a skilled professional who can fabricate, fit, weld, and install structural steel and custom metal components both in the shop and in the field.

The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, experience reading blueprints and weld symbols, and the ability to work safely in outdoor and construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, fabrication drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble structural steel and custom metal components.
• Perform MIG, Stick, and TIG welding to quality standards.
• Install fabricated components at customer job sites.
