Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, flux-core, and pulse MIG welding on structural steel components and assemblies.
• Weld in 3G vertical and 4G overhead positions.
• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings to determine weld requirements.
• Prepare materials, fit components, and tack weld assemblies before completing welds.
• Inspect welds for fusion, porosity, and defects; adjust as needed to meet specs.
