Crowder Construction Co. is seeking skilled welders for diverse structural projects across the Southeast, including bridges and heavy civil works. The role involves welding, brazing, and cutting, with strict adherence to safety requirements and shop procedures.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of welding experience, be able to read blueprints, pass multiple welding tests, and maintain physical stamina. High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training is a plus.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of welding experience in structural steel, piping, and plate.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must pass welding tests in multiple processes and positions as directed by QA/QC and supervisors.
• Physical stamina and strength are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical degree is a plus.

Mansioni

• Adhere to all safety requirements and PPE.
• Pass welding tests as directed by supervisors.
• Set up welding equipment per procedures.
• Read blueprints and welding procedures for weld types and post-weld heat treatment.
• Move material using heavy handling equipment.
• Assist Quality Control with records of work performed.
