Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is seeking a Structural Welder for our Evans, CO facility. You will perform FCAW and GMAW welding on structural carbon steel, ensuring AWS D1.1 compliance and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Must meet AWS D1.1 certification requirements.
• Ability to read, align, position and assemble structural components to specification.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality FCAW and GMAW welding on structural carbon steel in 1F, 3F, and 4F positions.
• Read, align, position, and assemble structural components to specification.
• Inspect welds and workpieces for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes safely.
• Maintain adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
• Demonstrate advanced welding knowledge and mentor/train Structural Welder I team members.
• Serve as a liaison with customers and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Effectively manage time, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain professional conduct.
• Pass welding test and meet AWS D1.1 certification requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
