Job summary

Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is seeking a Structural Welder for our Evans, CO facility. You will perform FCAW and GMAW welds on structural carbon steel and ensure AWS D1.1 compliance while mentoring junior welders.

Qualifications

• FCAW and GMAW welding on structural carbon steel per AWS D1.1.
• Read, align, position, and assemble structural components to specification.
• Inspect welds and workpieces for quality and dimension.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW and GMAW welding on structural carbon steel in 1F, 3F, and 4F positions.
• Read, align, position, and assemble structural components to specification.
• Inspect welds and workpieces for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes safely.
• Maintain adherence to company procedures, safety standards and work instructions.
• Demonstrate advanced welding knowledge and mentor/train Structural Welder I team members.
• Liaise with customers and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Manage time, adapt to changing priorities and maintain personal conduct.
• Pass welding tests and meet AWS D1.1 certification requirements.
