Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, Evans, CO is seeking a pipe welder to join our production team. You will read blueprints, fit and assemble pipe components, and weld carbon steel to ASME B31.3 and X‑ray quality standards.
You will work with GMAW and FCAW, uphold safety and quality, and help keep projects moving efficiently in a production environment. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within an ESOP‑driven organization.

This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign‑on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment.
In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Evans, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.
You will weld carbon steel pipe in a production environment, meeting ASME B31.3 and X‑ray quality standards. You’ll read prints, fit and assemble pipe components, and safely operate welding and power tools. This role focuses on consistent quality, safety, and teamwork while keeping jobs moving efficiently.
Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
