Job summary

The Systems Group in Hybar – Osceola, AR is seeking a Structural Welder to layout, fabricate and assemble angle iron, I-beams and various metal shapes. You will read blueprints and welding symbols, and contribute to day‑to‑day operations with a focus on precision and safety.

Pay is up to $32/hour with 50 hours/week. Benefits include company‑subsidized health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for continuing education.

Pay Rate:Up to $32/Hour

Hours:5/10’s 50 Hours/Wkly

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Structural Welder. Structural Welder Qualifications / Skills:

• Ability to read blueprints or drawings
• Ability to understand welding symbols

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous structural welding experience in an industrial setting is preferred
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
