Job summary

The Systems Group in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Structural Welder to join our team. You will lay out, fabricate, and assemble metal components, reading blueprints and welding symbols to produce parts that meet our quality standards.

We offer company-subsidized health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation, and opportunities for NCCER certifications. Expect 40–48 hours per week with a pay rate up to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous structural welding experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints or drawings.
• Ability to understand welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Layout, fabrication, and assembly of angle iron, I-beams, and various other shaped metals.
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts using a cutting torch, straightening press, and other hand tools.

Location: Crawfordsville, IN

Pay Rate: Up to $35/Hour

Hours: 40-48 Hours/ Week
