Job summary

Ambrosia Energy is seeking a skilled welder to support the design and deployment of its distributed battery storage systems. You will complete welding tasks for site weldments, fabricate components to spec, and interpret engineering drawings to plan welding operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong adherence to safety and quality standards as part of a hands-on, fabrication-heavy team. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of welding experience across TIG, MIG, stick, or FCAW-G,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of welding experience with TIG, MIG, stick, or FCAW-G.
• Vocational welding program counts toward requirement.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, safety practices, and AWS D1.1.

Responsibilities

• Complete welding assignments for construction and repair of site weldments on time and safely.
• Cut, trim, fit, and fabricate metal components for test and launch hardware.
• Analyze drawings to plan welding operations where procedures are unavailable.
• Utilize manual and semi-automatic welding to fit and weld complex weldments.
• Visually inspect welds per AWS D1.1.
• Obtain and maintain internal licenses or certifications as required.
• Improve operations, reduce turnaround times, and streamline processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Perform other related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
