Job summary

TrueNorth Steel is seeking an entry-level Welder I for the West Fargo, ND location. Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 4:30am (OT as needed).

Pay rate is $23.50 - $26.00 per hour (DOE) with a $2 shift differential and full benefits package. The role involves learning to read blueprints, performing basic welds, and working under close supervision to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure (imperial and metric).

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder I is an entry-level welding position, with all work being completed with close supervision.

• General knowledge of equipment and operations.
• Basic understanding of Weld symbols.
• Understand and follow oral and written directions.
