Job summary

TrueNorth Steel in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced welder for the evening shift. You will perform MIG welds, read blueprints, and assemble subcomponents while following safety and quality guidelines.

The role offers a $23.50–$27.00+ hourly rate (DOE) with a $2 shift differential and full benefits. You’ll join a team that values integrity, safety, and reliability, contributing to quality steel products since 1945.

Qualifications

• Perform simple flat and horizontal welds and flat groove welds.
• Fit and weld subassemblies with tack or spot weld.
• Read a tape measure in imperial and metric.
• Understand weld symbols and follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Learn company policies and procedures and work to set standards.

SHIFT: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am (OT as needed Fridays 4:00 pm - 4:30 am)

PAY RATE: $23.50 - $27.00+ per hour (DOE) + $2 shift differential pay + Full Benefits Package

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 year(s) of welding experience preferred.
