Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Welder in Arizona Haulaway - Phoenix to help keep our container fleet structurally sound and ready for service. The role involves fabricating, welding, grinding, and material handling, with a full-time day shift and occasional Saturdays.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of welding experience, can operate wire feed and stick welders, and can lift up to 75 pounds. This is a hands-on shop position supporting fleet readiness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of welding experience.
• Comfortable operating wire feed and/or stick welders.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms on metal storage containers.
• Operate wire feed and/or stick welding equipment safely.
• Perform grinding, sanding, and related surface preparation and finishing work.
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Perform other general shop duties as assigned.
