Job summary

The Systems Group is seeking a Structural Welder in Gallatin, KY to support day-to-day fabrication, layout, and assembly of steel components. You will work with angle iron, I-beams and other metal shapes, using cutting torches and hand tools to repair and assemble parts.

Candidates should read blueprints and welding symbols, have industrial welding experience, wear Met-Guard boots, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints or drawings.
• Ability to understand welding symbols.
• Experience in structural welding in an industrial setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Layout, fabrication, and assembly of angle iron, I-beams, and other metal shapes.
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts using tools and equipment.
