CTR Group is seeking a Structural Welder for our client in Pascagoula, MS. Immediate openings and urgently hiring. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a safety-first culture accompany this opportunity.

Requirements include at least 4 years in shipbuilding/fabrication, proficiency with welding processes SMAW/FCAW/GMAW, and experience with torch/gouging techniques, plus OSHA familiarity and gauge usage. Earned per diem is offered with pay on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of shipyard experience or equivalent training and experience in welding/fabrication.
• Proficiency with Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch and Air Carbon Arc Gouging.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations relevant to shipbuilding and industrial safety.
• Ability to use fillet and butt weld gauges accurately.
• Skilled in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GMAW-P welding processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of shipyard experience OR equivalent combination of training and experience in industrial welding/fabrication.
• Proficiency with Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch and Air Carbon Arc Gouging.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations relevant to shipbuilding and industrial safety.
