Job summary

CTR Group is seeking several Robotic Welding Machine Operators for a major shipyard project in the Eastern shore area. You will operate automated and robotic welding equipment, load and secure materials, monitor weld quality, and perform basic machine adjustments to keep production on track.

We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, a pay rate of $32.00/hour, per diem for non-local candidates, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipbuilding, heavy industrial manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or related trades.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment and follow established safety procedures.
• Ability to work overtime as required by production schedules.
• Successful completion of client-specific onboarding requirements, screenings, and training.

Position Summary

This position supports commercial shipbuilding operations at a major shipyard in the Eastern shore area. Work may involve new construction, fabrication, assembly, installation, repair, modernization, and production support activities depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sub Arc / One Side welders Preferred Qualifications
