Job summary

Qualifications

Position Overview

M&M Talent Group is seeking experienced Structural Aluminum Welders for an upcoming fabrication shop project in Houston, TX. Candidates should have hands-on experience welding aluminum structures and be comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/GMAW welding on aluminum structural components
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Weld structural aluminum components according to specifications
