Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong technical skills.
• Fast learner who can work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural design assignments, progressively taking more responsibility under supervision.
• Support technical staff on day-to-day projects and provide assistance.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliverables.
• Gain exposure to all organizational levels, including interactions with senior leadership.
• Receive ongoing guidance and feedback from mentors and managers.
