Job summary

Comm Structures Inc is seeking an experienced Structural Tower Climber to perform modifications and repairs on telecommunications towers, including monopoles and guyed towers.

The role requires climbing at heights, reading structural drawings, and following safety protocols. Travel may be required; welding certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Tower climbing/structural modification experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Basic rigging and construction experience.
• Ability to travel and stay out of town as required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Tower climbing/rescue and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred but not required.
• Welding Certification is a plus.

• Install steel, reinforcement plates, mounts, bracing, and hardware
• Drilling, bolting, cutting, grinding, and basic rigging
• Read and follow structural drawings
• Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and PPE
