Job summary

Job Description Summary

Under general supervision performs maintenance on building structural equipment to include but not limited to doors, door hardware, dry wall, wall framing systems, suspended ceilings, entry systems and floor covering systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of:

  • Procedures, Best Practices, and requirements.
  • Routine, preventive, and corrective building maintenance.
  • Requires some seasoning and experience beyond the entry level to conduct moderately complex work. Demonstrates general competence and growing knowledge and understanding of the overall function or discipline.
  • Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making.

Ability to:

Work Experience
  • Field experience or military experience may be substituted.
  • Five (5) years previous building maintenance experience, including two (2) year experience in commercial construction.
