Marcelli Steel, a trusted and expanding steel contractor serving New England and the Tri-State region for over 15 years, is seeking skilled & motivated Structural Steel Ironworkers and Fabricator / Fitters to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Read & interpret blueprints, detailed shop drawings & specifications to determine the layout of structural pieces.
2. Calculate material measurements & verify the alignment and dimensions of structural parts.
3. Fabricate & Assemble Steel Components to meet project specifications.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in structural steel fabrication / fitting, welding, and/or manufacturing (min. 1 year preferred).
2. Familiarity with welding tools procedures (CNC Plasma cutter knowledge a plus, but not required).
3. Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting & measuring.
4. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
5. Capable of lifting heavy materials as required (over 50#) and working in a physically demanding environment.
6. Eagerness to learn and commitment to safety.
7. Must have valid proof of US Work Authorization.
