Marcelli Steel in Connecticut seeks skilled Structural Ironworkers and Fabricator/Fitters to join our expanding team. You will read blueprints, interpret shop drawings, and fabricate steel components to meet project specs.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural steel fabrication / fitting, welding, and/or manufacturing (min. 1 year preferred).
• Familiarity with welding tools procedures (CNC Plasma cutter knowledge a plus, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting & measuring.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials as required (over 50#) and working in a physically demanding environment.
• Eagerness to learn and commitment to safety.
• Must have valid proof of US Work Authorization.
