Interlock Steel Structures USA Inc. is seeking a Structural Steel Painter to join our team. You will lead QC before priming, mix and apply paint to steel frames, and support safe shop flow with the team.

Ideal candidates have experience in industrial painting, familiarity with shop tools and safety protocols, and a strong attention to detail. You should be dependable, ready to learn, and willing to grow with a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or structural steel painting (preferred).
• Familiar with shop tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Keen eye to spot and fix imperfections.
• Willingness to learn simple welding techniques.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of the job.
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control by being the final set of eyes before priming.
• Mix and apply paint to structural steel frames.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Help prep hardware (bolts, fasteners, etc.).
• Cross train to help other departments when needed.
• Support safe, efficient shop flow with your team.
