Interlock Steel Structures USA Inc. (TEAM PERKA) seeks a Structural Steel Painter to join our shop in Saint Joseph, Missouri. You will apply primer to steel frames, maintain paint room equipment, and support safe, efficient shop flow with your teammates.

The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or structural steel painting, familiarity with shop tools and safety protocols, and a solid eye for weld size and quality. We value dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Competenze

• Experience in industrial or structural steel painting (preferred).
• Familiar with shop tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail, specifically weld size and quality.
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Mansioni

• Apply Primer to steel structures
• Maintain paint room equipment
• Lead quality control (send materials back if need be)
• Operate forklifts to move materials
• Help prep hardware (bolts, fasteners, band bundles of frames etc.)
• Light welding to repair frames if needed
• Support safe, efficient shop flow with your team
