Qualifications

• Experience as Structural Steel Fitter or similar fabrication role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience setting up and using a track torch.
• AWS or other welding certification preferred.

Structural Steel Fitter

Location: York, PA
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour, depending on experience + $3.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Fitter to assemble and prepare steel components for fabrication. This role requires strong blueprint‑reading skills, accurate layout and fit-up, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment.
