Job summary

Holland Sharpe is seeking a skilled Structural Steel Erection Specialist to lead on active industrial sites. You will review daily plans with the crew, confirm rigging and lift paths with the crane operator, and guide massive beams into place with precision before finalizing connections with welders.

Ideal candidates have proven ironworking experience, comfort with heights, and a strong safety mindset. This is a full-time field role based on site with relocation to Clarksville, TN.

Qualifications

As a Structural Steel Erection Specialist, you’ll arrive on an active industrial site, review the day’s plan with the crew, confirm rigging and lift paths with the crane operator, and then guide massive beams into place with precision. By afternoon, you’re aligning columns to spec, verifying bolt-ups, and coordinating with welders to lock in connections.
