Job summary

High Structural Erectors is seeking outdoor ironworkers and laborers to join our field crews across the Mid-Atlantic. We specialize in structural steel and precast for infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects, with emphasis on safety, precision, and teamwork.

We value craftsmanship and coordination, and offer opportunities to work at various heights, read drawings, and perform welding/burning operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overnight, away from home, as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor ironwork tasks on structural projects including steel and precast components.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to guide assembly and installation.
• Operate welding and burning operations and coordinate with rigging and crane signaling teams.

We are always searching for dedicated outdoor ironworkers/laborers to join our High Structural Erectors team and to help shape the future, one structure at a time.

We are looking for Ironworkers with varying levels of experience, possessing all or some of the following:

• The ability to work at various heights, and familiar with associated fall protection
• The ability to read a tape measure
• The ability to read drawings
• Welding experience and existing certification and/or the ability to certify is a plus
• The ability to execute burning operations.
• Rigging experience
• Crane signaling experience
• Connecting experience
• Masonry (grouting and patching) experience

Shift

• 8 Hours (5 Day Week)
• 10 Hours (4 Day Week)
• Night Availability
• Weekend Availability

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
