Holland Sharpe is seeking a skilled Structural Steel Erection Specialist to lead on active industrial sites. You will review daily plans with the crew, confirm rigging and lift paths with the crane operator, and guide massive beams into place with precision before finalizing connections with welders.

Ideal candidates have proven ironworking experience, comfort with heights, and a strong safety mindset. This is a full-time field role based on site with relocation to Clarksville, TN.

Qualifications

• ProvenIronworker or structural steel erection experience.
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors in an industrial construction environment.
• Reliability and strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Erect, position, and install structural steel systems: beams, columns, supports, and related components.
• Make connections using bolts, fasteners, and welding as required by the project.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications.
