Teichert, Inc. is seeking a Detailer/D drafter to produce shop and erection drawings for structural steel and miscellaneous metals. You will transform designs into detailed, code-compliant drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality for safe, efficient construction.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in structural detailing, proficiency with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD or SDS/2, and strong knowledge of AISC standards. Occasional travel to job sites and fabricators is expected.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in drafting/CAD technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in structural detailing.
• Proficiency with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or SDS/2 and knowledge of AISC standards.

Mansioni

• Prepare shop and erection drawings and BOMs for structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings per AISC/WIS standards.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and fabricators to resolve design conflicts and ensure on-time submittals.
• Maintain project logs and ensure quality checks before submission and approvals.
