Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team in a full-time, on-site role in Louisiana.

The position focuses on designing, coordinating, and executing structural and civil engineering projects with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities include preparing designs and drawings, developing CAD documentation, and coordinating across project teams to ensure compliance with standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar CAD software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-In-Training (EIT) is a plus.
